But, there is a good reason why I put my name first instead of Google's. You see Google has a habit recently in last few years to up and close an Individual's or Business's account without notice and without a reason to explain why. Especially those with Adsense or Adwords accounts that Google does not agree with for whatever reason. See Google's many terms of Services for each account and you will see what I mean. Google for the most part has themselves covered so they do not get suited ( see Largo Cargo VS Google - just Google, Bing, or Yahoo it to get the run down ).
Okay, on with business of Google's Ranking of it's own websites and others.
We will start with the Big Daddy Dog Google itself and go from there.

www.youtube.com/user/Google YOUTUBE BY ITSELF RANKS A 9. HOWEVER, WHEN A VIDEO IS PLAYED ON YOUTUBE THE RANKING BECOMES THE RANKING OF THE VIDEO. STILL THE BEST PLACE TO PUT YOUR VIDEOS.
THEREFORE, YOUTUBE MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR RANKING 0 THRU 9 "ADJUSTABLE" PER VIDEO PLAYED AT ANY GIVEN TIME. THE AVERAGE IS 3 TO 5 AND IS THERFORE PUT AT A LOWER RANKING.

There are many other Google Ranked sites. However, I just wanted to get you the basics one here in this Blog post. This should give you some idea of how Google looks at itself and other sites as well. You should try to link any of your websites that you are trying to make money with to these sites listed above, at least the one that apply to your Niche or Website.
